Fender Telecaster, Mexican made. This is a newer model, although it has the wear marks that make it look like a vintage Tele. I am not sure if the wear marks were from the previous owner, or if the guitar was made this way, regardless, it looks cool. This is a great sounding and playing guitar, nice low action and classic Telecaster tone. I never personally gigged with this guitar, and the back shows very little sign of buckle rash. There is also a cigarette burn mark on the headstock. Comes with original soft case and the hang tags. I would love to keep it, but I can’t justify it with all the other guitars I own and play. The Fender Merle Haggard Signature Telecaster Electric Guitar is the result of a modified Thinline Merle’s ingenuity. Enhancements include a laminated top of figured maple, a set neck with a deep carved heel, an ivoroid pickguard and binding, gold hardware, and an abalone Tuff Dog Tele peghead inlay.

1980s Tokai Breezysound Telecaster 1950′s MIJ Japan

 1980s Tokai Breezysound Tele**Please read the ENTIRE ad before bidding**Super cool and rare 1980s Made in Japan Tokai Breezysound 1950s reissue Telecaster style. Plays and sounds great. Has that big Tele twang! In good condition, but has a fair amount of dings and dents throughout the body, and has some wear. No cracks, breaks, or anything serious for a 20+ year old guitar, but you can tell this guitar has been played a bunch. The frets have life left in them, but will eventually need to be crowned or serviced. The strings are 1/4″ off from the center of the nut, however I’m sure this can be corrected with a general set up. The pickguard is slighty warped and discolored, which is shown in the last two photos. Some of the hardware has tarnishing, similar to that you would see on a modern relic’d guitar. These are the issues with the guitar, otherwise it plays and sounds great. As far as I can tell everything is original. Has 10s on it, but I’m sure it will need to be set up. I am unsure of the exact year but am sure it is an 80s model. All in all this is a very cool guitar!!! Here’s your chance to get your hands on a very cool MIJ Tokai Tele! This Fender American Standard Telecaster in Blizzard Pearl with Maple Fretboard is in excellent condition. I purchased this guitar in early 2008. After picking up a dozen different telecasters in the store, this one just sounded perfect and I had to have it. It stays in tune and has no fret issues. There are a few very small dings on the underside of the body from wear and tear, however they aren’t very noticeable. They can be seen in my pictures. Otherwise this guitar has been treated very well. It has lived in the SKB Fender case, that I am including, since I purchased it and has been stored indoors. All the original paperwork and guitar strap are included. The SKB case fits a telecaster or stratocaster, is lockable with a key, and is TSA approved. Below are the specs and all my photos. Back of the neck is free of damage. Body finish looks terrific. There is only one small chip in the finish on the bass side waist. It is barely noticeable. Other than that there are no dings, dents, or cracks. No nasty scratches or marks. This is one great looking tele. All electronics have been tested and are in perfect working condition. This Telecaster has that classic sound we all know and love. Everything pictured is included and ready to go!

Fender Road Worn ’72 Telecaster Custom Sunburst

This is the sunburst version of the ’72 Telecaster Custom (think Keith Richards).  These sunburst were a limited run and are no longer in production, and I don’t know why??  These Road Worn versions of the ’72 tele custom are great guitars!  They’ve got Fender’s “Wide Range” humbucker in the neck and a traditional single coil tele bridge pick up.  These guitars can do it all, blues, jazz, country twangin’, and cranking rock  (again, think Keith). They also have some great features such as an alder body, a nitro lacquer finish on the body, the bullet trust rod adjustment (which is very conveninet for on-the-run neck adjustments), the 3 bolt micro tilt adjustment, the wide range neck pickup, dual volume and tone controlls, and this particular guitar has a crazy beautiful brazilian-like rosewood board!
When you could get these Tele Customs, they sold for $949, and compared to the Custom Shop offerings, they were a bargain in terms of price, feel, looks, construction (MIM) and sound!  That’s possible why Fender no longer offers these sunbursts.  So, get this one while you can!   Description and specs below taken from an old adverstisement.
This particular guitar acoustically sounds like a piano!  It is loud and sustains for ever.  It has never been played out, is in Mint condition, and comes with all the original tags, WARANTEE CARD, and gig bag.
