1977 Gibson ES-335 All Original Walnut Beauty Freshly Luthiered One Owner
Price: 1720.0
THE PART I HATE–PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE A POST OFFICE BOX–UPS
WILL NOT DELIVER TO THEM–PLEASE DO NOT BID WITHOUT CONTACTING ME FIRST
IF YOU HAVE 1.) LESS THAN 10 PERFECT FEEDBACKS, 2.) LIVE IN CANADA, 3.)
DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT WITH ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE IMMEDIATE
PAYMENT–WE CAN WORK WITH THIS BUT I NEED T0 HEAR FROM YOU–THANKS.I keep a core collection
of about 30 guitars and seldom sell out of it–then there’s another 20
or so guitars i buy just to play for awhile and re-sell–usually i lose
money on the re-sale so i look at the loss as the cost of renting the
guitar of my interest–once in a while i’ll clear a profit which is
great–but i’m not a re-seller–at least not in the classic sense and if
i were i’d probably be considered the world’s worse since i usually
lose money on the re-sale. But i do get to play a whole lot of
interesting instruments. Being retired has its advantages.I make it a policy to never sell a guitar that has not been completely gone over by my luthier prior to offering it–i hate buying an instrument from someone who doesn’t know about guitars but thinks that it looks pretty–i’m also not an expert–so i make sure everything i sell–unless otherwise noted–is cleaned, polished, new strings, electronics checked and adjusted if necessary, frets checked, fretboard oiled, neck angle checked, intonation optimized (for my preferences) and black lighted for any previous repairs or damage by my luthier–this costs me $100 but it is well worth the peace of mind that comes with offering an instrument you know is going to be well received. If he finds something i either fix it or note it in the item description.I bought this guitar a number of months ago from the very reputable Music Zoo who bought it from the original owner i was told–the link to the original auction is provided above under the category MPN–i’ve just had a ball with it but am moving it on to another player–it’s all original although it is missing the pickguard–the case is also original and has one broken latch and some peeling tolex but is in good condition and protects the guitar as it was intended to do.Frets have over 2/3ds of their life left and do not currently need any attention–the fretboard is freshly oiled–the guitar is freshly luthiered including a set up and optimization of the electronics–there are numerous small imperfections as you’d expect for a 35 year old guitar but nothing of any real significance–the back is stunning without buckle rash or even worming–the back appears to have been played by a sit down player it’s so clean–

Price: 285.0
Vintage Gibson ES-175 Sunburst Cutaway Archtop Acoustic Electric ES175 P90
Stock# 12122011-03 MH RH
Make/Model: Gibson ES175
Year: circa 1950
Serial Number: A-6058
Location of Manufacture: Kalamazoo USA
Neck/Fingerboard Wood: Mahogany/Rosewood
Scale Length: 24.75″
Nut Width: 1 11/16″
Weight: 5.4 Lbs.
Finish Color: Sunburst
Pickup/Control Layout: 1x P90 (Duncan Antiquity) Original is included but is not working
Features: Bound Top, Bottom, and Neck. Comes with case
Condition: This 175 has all the mojo and sounds absolutely amazing. It is a terrific player and feels like an extension of your body. Neck is straight with low and comfortable action. Fretboard has a few shallow indents from years of play, but you cannot feel this while playing. Frets have some grooves but still have plenty of life. Back of the neck has plenty of finish checking, but no dings, dents, or cracks. No headstock repairs. There is a chunk of wood missing from the headstock, but this merely a cosmetic flaw and does not affect structural integrity. Tuners are non original and are smooth and stable. The strap button on the heel is missing and there is a visible hole from where it used to be. There is checking all throughout the body finish, as well as worn finish on the bottom of the body. There are several dings and dents throughout the body but only one crack. The crack is by the 1/4″ jack but is solid and does not have any play when pressure is applied. This is definitely a player due to all the wear and non original parts. Tailpiece, pickup, and tuners have all been replaced. This is truly an amazing instrument that I am having an extremely hard time putting down. All electronics are working great. Don’t miss out on this beautiful tone machine. Everything pictured is included and ready to go!

Go here for pics: http://photobucket.com/ES295
Up for grabs is a minty, completely stock (even the Bigsby!),
Epiphone ES-295! I bought this
last December from the original owner.
It is a great guitar but I recently ran out of contact lenses, had an
eye exam, and found out I need stronger lenses in my glasses – all of this has been
quite expensive. It will be a
shame to see this one go but I need the money so, as they say, my loss is your
gain.
After I got this guitar I sent an email to Epiphone with the
model and serial number (I06101968) to get some information on it. According to the Epiphone rep, the
guitar was made in Indonesia (I was surprised at this because of how awesome it
looks and plays – I had figured it was made in their South Korea factory),
built in October 2006, and was the 1,968th unit made that year.
Regarding this guitar’s condition, there is nothing that
needs to be disclosed – everything you need to know is in the pictures (http://photobucket.com/ES295). The last person gigged with it
occasionally but I never did – it sat in my smoke-free home the whole time I’ve
had it. It obviously has been
played and shows normal signs of wear and tear; however, there is nothing
exceptional (such as badly worn frets, cracks, neck warping, etc). I bought this for myself so, of course,
I made sure there was nothing wrong with it before I handed over the cash. Also, I tried my best to
photograph the hint-of-sparkle gold finish but, alas, I couldn’t do it justice!
Note about the pickups: I was amazed at how the stock P-90’s sounded when I first
plugged it in. I met the person at
a Guitar Center so I could plug the guitar in to make sure it was functioning
properly (I really did go over it with a fine-tooth comb before buying). I set up with a Fender Vibrolux Reissue
and, when I heard the stock pickups, I asked the owner if he had ever changed
them out – he said he hadn’t.
After about 10 minutes of playing, a customer came up to me and
complimented how great the guitar sounded and wanted to know what kind of
pickups were in it. Also, it even
sounds good acoustically. Basically,
this guitar looks and sounds great – you will be very happy with it!
Here’s the fine print:
I will ship this guitar lovingly packed in a hardshell Roadrunner guitar
case (it’s for an acoustic but it fits this guitar perfectly), which will be
packed inside of a large guitar box.
I’m charging a flat rate because eBay’s shipping calculator is … Click for more info

1968 GIBSON ES-125 3/4 ES-140T VINTAGE ELECTRIC HOLLOWBODY SMALL ACOUSTIC GUITAR
1968 GIBSON ES-125 3/4 ES-140T VINTAGE ELECTRIC HOLLOWBODY SMALL ACOUSTIC GUITAR
Price: 939.0
Untitled DocumentLos Angeles Guitar Shop®buy / sell / trade 213 · 369 · 0539Item Details
For your consideration is this vintage 1968 Gibson ES-125 3/4 semi-hollowbody electric guitar. This particular last-year example, serial number 519809, is in near mint condition and includes the original soft Gibson case! Stored in the original case since purchased new almost 45 years ago, it would be difficult to imagine a better example. Clean, crisp, shiny, and sheen, this guitar better resembles a brand new guitar than one of its vintage. Both for the collector and the player, the ES-140T comes highly recommended by most guitarists regardless of style or taste. Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to buy one on eBay with No Reserve and Free Worldwide shipping, because the highest bidder will win… regardless of price!Made with the identical build-quality, precision, materials, and hardware, as all other full-size Gibson guitars, their 3/4-sized instruments have received the rightful reputation for being the best small/student guitars ever made. They have since evolved from being considered high-quality children’s instruments into being perceived as guitars with fantastic voices for recording applications, and perfectly petite for practice purposes. Not to be confused by the different number designation, the ES-125 3/4 is identical to an ES-140T, though sometimes the same guitar was stamped with either model number depending on production year and style. This ES-125 features: bound maple top and back, mahogany sides, the original Tobacco Sunburst finish, a one-piece mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard, double-line Kluson Deluxe 3-in-a-row tuning machines, (1) P-90 pickup with a chrome cover, an adjustable rosewood bridge, a nickel diamond Trapeze tailpiece, Witch-Hat knobs, and the original black soft shell case. As can be seen in the photos to the right of this description table, this example is in very fine 100% all original vintage condition. The original finish is nearly perfectly preserved. The only cosmetic distraction was caused by a free-floating piece of case candy (an old tortoise pick which has since disintegrated) lying in the bottom of the case, which resultantly caused several small superficial marks on the back of the body. Otherwise, there is no fret wear nor pick wear. The hardware is incredibly attractive, and there is no other patina, discoloration, or fading to mention. No weather-checking is present in/on the finish.
