COLLINGS I-35LC!! SEMI HOLLOW BODY I35 LC! ES-335!!!!!!
COLLINGS I-35LC!! SEMI HOLLOW BODY I35 LC! ES-335!!!!!!
Price: 2020.0
****LOOK BELOW FOR MANY MORE HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS****UP FOR PURCHASE IS A COLLINGS I-35LC MADE WITH LAMINATE CONSTRUCTION!This is an amazing guitar in dark cherry finish! I took outside and inside pictures to try to show the dimension of color in the finish! This guitar is like new and in brand new condition and is only listed as used because of some tiny indentations by the tone controls that dont even show up in pictures but I just want to have full disclosure of the condition. The paint is not cracked or damaged in any way. It has not been taken out and gigged and is in new condition!I am ONLY selling this beautiful guitar because bought it on an impulse and don’t have the money to pay for it. Their are no issues whatsoever and it will make someone very happy. No reasonable offer will be declined! I have set the automatic decline pretty high because this is already a killer deal so I wont waste my time with lowball offers. This is a great guitar at a great price!Since Collings moved into the electric arena in 2006, Bill has had an interest in the role that laminate woods play in the tone of classic semi-hollow electrics and jazz guitars, and it was only a matter of time before he delved into a new variation. After much research and experimentation, and a few dissected classic guitars later… they are ready to introduce this exciting new line of electric guitars.Compared to the solid wood semi-hollow models, the laminate construction sends more controlled information to the pickups, allowing Collings to use higher output electronics. These guitars feature the standard Lollar Imperials, as opposed to the low-wind Imperials used in the other Collings models. This creates tone that is evenly balanced with the smooth response that many players look for in arched top electric guitars.I wouldn’t describe the tone of the laminate guitars as being better or worse than the solid equivalent. Instead, they should be viewed as two different guitars with two different sets of tonal characteristics. These LC’s are brand new and dont come on the the market at this price so get this one before its gone!!****INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST PAY $125 USD FOR SHIPPING AND HAVE SIGNIFICANT POSITIVE FEEDBACK****

2002 Custom Shop Gibson
ES-446 Hollowbody Electric Guitar
This listing is for a 2002 Gibson ES-446 Hollowbody Electric Guitar. It’s in great condition.
Includes original hard case and paperwork. This guitar is
remarkably light! The hardware shows some natural patina.
Nothing terrible, but worth mentioning. There’s also a
small ding on the top of the headstock. There’s some
natural finish checking evident around the volume/tone
controls that you should see in the pictures. The frets
look great. It’s definitely been played, but well taken
care of. Electronics are working flawlessly. The guitar
has been professionally set up from our shop. Plays
beautifully. The case is in excellent condition as well.
A few scuffs, but nothing major. If you have any
questions, feel free to email us.
Information
from the 2001 Gibson Custom Shop Catalog – ES-446S
When
you pick up the new hollow-bodied ES-446S, the first
thing you’ll notice is how incredibly light the
instrument is. With an average weight of just under
7 1/2 pounds, the ES-446S can get you through long
sets with little or no fatigue. The other thing
you’ll notice is how great it sounds. The contoured
spruce top features f-holes and braces that are
carved into the top — not glued. This makes for an
instrument with marvelous tone and remarkable
resonance. Finally, the ES-446S is topped off with a
graceful Florentine cutaway and traditional-style
headstock giving it a strikingly classic look.**** I was concerned about some issues regarding the model number for the guitar. While researching the guitar, I came across an ES-446S as opposed to this ES-446. I read somewhere that the “S” stood for “Spruce” and that the absence of the letter, meant that it was maple. This is clearly a Spruce top and the documentation says it’s a ES-446, so I called Gibson to verify the model. It appears that in 2001 this model was referred to as an ES-446S and then in 2002 they dropped the “S”. **************

Collector’s 1979 Gibson ES-345 Stereo Walnut & Gold
Collector’s 1979 Gibson ES-345 Stereo Walnut & Gold
Price: 1775.0
i’m sadly divesting of my 40+ guitar collection–most of them accumulated over the last 40 years of my life and almost all of them, if not bought new by me, are single owner guitars before i bought them. Here is a real beauty that pains me to sell–but this economy is unkind to those on a fixed income. This was purchased in 2004 from Elderly Instruments — they got it from the original owner–it’s a 1979 Deep Walnut Es-345 TDC Stereo, serial #319048, with all the gold trimmings–the guitar is close to perfect–no buckle rash–very light scratches on the pick guard (it was lovingly played)–no blemishes on the front or the neck or the headstock–the only sign of aging is the typical start of tarnish on the gold pickups–the neck pickup has very very little of this and the bridge pick up very moderate–visible in the scans.Just back from the luthier–i do this with all my guitars before selling them with new strings, set up for my preferences (you may want it differently) and all electronics checked and working perfectly. No issues with this beautiful instrument. The case is a gibson custom case and is not original–it does come with a key–there is a small place where the leatherette is peeling on one end of the case–superglue will easily fix this–the guitar comes with its original paperwork including the gibson guarantee of authenticity and truss rod wrench. It’s imminently playable with huge tonal variations and sound textures thanks to the Varitone but it is also in almost museum quality and may appeal to the collector as well.Bid with confidence that this will arrive in as described condition–i
have perfect feedback in over 3000 transactions–mostly as an ebay
seller of stamps and philatelic material but i have also been selling my
collection of guitars over the last couple years and the 30 or so i’ve
sold so far have received excellent feedback–no dissatisfied customers. With
that said the guitar is sold “as is” unless of course misrepresented or
arrives non functional. Please ask questions in advance if you have
any. Shipping is only an estimate. I live in the
furthest north west corner of the US so it’s a long way to anywhere
except Oregon and California. I only ship UPS so the shipping price
quoted is approximately to Florida–the longest distance–please don’t
make payment until i have a zip code so i can send a specific invoice
with actual shipping costs. I never make money on shipping and will
gladly include a scan of the receipt upon request. No international shipping although i will consider Canada–please email first. I may consider European bidders as well but please email first before bidding–UPS fees are outrageous to Europe–$500 to Germany for instance so unless you’re prepared to pay in that range don’t ask about shipping over seas please. The guitar is available locally and i will consider offers so the auction may suddenly end if it is sold. … Click for more info

Beautiful Gibson ES-339
Antique Cherry Finish
’59 Rounded Profile Neck
Very Fine Condition

One more fabulous Gibson from my collection is
up for grabs. This is the Gibson ES-339 semi hollowbody guitar in
Antique Red Finish. Absolutely Marvelous! Isn’t she a beauty? It is in very fine condition with no issues. The frets show no significant wear. She’s
set up nice and sounds fantastic. Features include solid mahogany set-neck
construction, rosewood fretboard, killer Gibson ’57 classic humbucking pickups,
Kluson
tuners, tune-o-matic bridge, and 24.75" scale.
The case is in very good condition also with only some minor wear. This is
one sweet and well kept guitar. I only used in my smoke free home studio,
never gigged out. It was used to do recordings and it really sounded
great for those tunes. Times are kinda tough for us right now due to the
non recovering economy, and alas, I must sell this beauty.
There are a couple of very, very, small light scratches on the back of the
guitar but I couldn’t get the camera to pick them up, they are so small. Other
than that, the finish is just gorgeous. Sorry, I don’t have the COA card,
the previous owner lost it and did not include it when he sold me the guitar. The hardware finish is in
nickel chrome and there is
no
tarnishing. I’ve got the action set very
low to suit my playing style and playing it is pure joy. Of course,
you’ll need to set up the guitar to suit your playing style yourself when you
get it, but it really plays great for me. This one’s a beauty and definitely a
keeper, come and get it before it gets away! This item is listed for sale
elsewhere on the net and I reserve the right to end the auction without notice.
Don’t blame me if you fool around and don’t bother to get your bid in early and
it gets sold to somebody who knows how to take advantage of a great buy when they see it.
And as always, I have tried my best to represent this item clearly and
honestly to the best of my ability…Adding or detracting nothing that would
distort the true condition of the item. No warranty of any kind is either
expressed or implied. This item is used and unless otherwise
stated, all
items are sold as is where is. Thank you for your interest in my items.

Vintage ’62 Gibson USA ES-120T ES-120 Electric Guitar
Price: 425.0
Vintage ’62 Gibson USA ES-120T ES-120 Electric Guitar
Vintage ’62 Gibson USA ES-120T ES-120 Electric GuitarWelcome bidders, you are looking at a very cool vintage piece. This is the ’62 Gibson USA ES-120T. 24.75" scale. 1 11/16" nut width. 16" bottom bout. 1.75" deep. Serial #: 50941. 4.9 lbs. If you are looking for an archtop with solid acoustic projection- look no further. Introduced in ’62, the ES-120T features arched maple top/back with mahogany sides. The mahogany accents those beautiful acoustic-like lows. The maple adds some nice high end mids. This results in an absolutely huge tone with some nice sparkle. The set one piece mahogany neck adds great tone transfer. The wood has dried nicely- combined with the thin nitro finish- this wood resonates perfectly. This is one of those guitars where you can actually feel the notes- rare and a nice treat. The single Melody Maker single coil pickup is located at the neck for great warmth. Being a single coil, you also get great note definition and clarity. When playing complex chord forms, they have a big sonic footprint but every note in the chord shines through- perfect. Of course, you can roll back the tone and get as dark as you like. The neck has a ‘slim taper’ feel to it- thin and fast- getting around on this fingerboard is easy. Aesthetically, the sunburst finish, aged white binding, raised ‘guard, and wooden knobs make a great statement. Beautiful and reserved. There are several small check marks, laquer wear on fretboard edges, and indentations you expect on a ’62 but no breaks or wood repairs- structurally sound. The pickguard was cracked at some point and reglued(pic) and the D & G tuners are slightly bent- affects nothing. The frets are clean- just professionally setup with action of just over 3/32" at the 12th fret low E- amazingly low action. this auction includes the Gibson black chipboard case. This auction is for my 2008 Gibson Custom Shop ES-355 in a lovely Antique Faded Cherry finish. I take extremely good care of my instruments and live in a smoke-free home. I’ve played this guitar a lot but its absolutely clean. You won’t find a mark on it as you can see in the pictures.Whoever wins this auction is going to be absolutely thrilled with this guitar. I have owned around 50 guitars and this is one of my absolute all-time favourites. It sounds great clean and run through a Boss DS-1 into a Marshall. The ES guitars are extremely versatile, and the 355 is the king of the ES series. Not just sonically versatile, its also a completely stunning looking guitar. I’ve never had anything but compliments on it and any of my friends who come over to play immediately pick it up (most don’t put it down). The only reason its for sale is because I recently added an ES-355 with a Varitone and Maestro and I can’t justify having both of them…although I might try to! The reserve price on the auction is $2500.The guitar comes with its original hard Gibson Custom case, Certificate of Authenticity, Truss Rod Adjustment Tool and warranty card. The winning bidder can choose to ship the guitar any way they desire, however I prefer to use Xpresspost. Its fast and reliable, trackable, insurable (up to $1000 CAN internationally) and reasonably affordable in these expensive shipping cost times. Having said that, the winner can use any method they prefer. Please use the shipping calculator eBay provides as I won’t have time to answer shipping cost questions. I will try to answer any other questions as quickly as possible.
