Hello.  Up for auction is a 2008 Gibson 57 Les Paul Custom VOS three pickup electric guitar.  This auction also includes the original hardshell case and case candy. 
We sold this guitar new a few years ago and just took it back in trade.  It is in fantastic condition with only minimal signs of normal play wear as it was very well cared for over it’s brief life.  Everything functions just as it should and there are no issues at all.  Everything is 100% original with no mods or repairs besides one.  The stock Gibson wiring on their three way switch for these is neck, middle/bridge, and bridge.  We wired this guitar to have three individual volumes and one master tone.  The three way switch functions like a two pickup switch would.  The middle pickup has it’s own volume control wired directly to the jack.  This mod enables you to blend the middle pickup into any of the three toggle switch positions and gives you tons of tonal versatility.  The additional bumble bee cap not in use is included in the case.  The case and candy are also in excellent condition.Our tech just set it up and it plays like a dream with nice low action.  The neck is a very comfortable larger profile and is super easy to get around on with the shorter scale.  This guitar is resonant, very well balanced, and ultra responsive…it sounds absolutely amazing!  This is an awesome guitar with no issues and does not disappoint.  This tone machine sounds fantastic and has got all the classic Les Paul mojo anyone could ever hope for plus a ton of versatility.  You are not going to find another one of these out there quite this clean.  Don’t miss this opportunity to get your hands on such great instrument for so little.

1999 GIBSON LES PAUL ’59 RE-ISSUE CUSTOM SHOP 100% ORIGINAL GREAT TONE/LOOK NR!

   NO RESERVE AUCTION! For your consideration is a 1999 Gibson Les Paul 1959 re-issue made in the Gibson Custom Shop. This guitar is absolutely beautiful with an authentic looking faded cherry finish. This guitar is 100% factory original with a nice book matched top. Even grain on both sides with a subtle bird’s eye top. This is not an “outrageous” flame top, but it is beautiful in it’s own right, with a not to often seen bird’s eye top. As with any burst, the depth and pattern changes with the angle it’s viewed. If you like a faded top that’s not a crazy flame (with the crazy flame price) than this is your guitar.     This guitar sounds and plays awesome. The original ’57 classic pick-ups sound fantastic. Great top end sizzle and harmonics from the bridge pick-up. This of course is great for the rock/blues playing I prefer. This guitar has total Les Paul tone through my Marshall. On the flip side, the neck pick-up sounds even better. Super fat tone through my old Fender amps and smooth fluid lead lines through the Marshalls. Almost jazz box sounds out of the neck pick-up. It is currently strung with 10′s and play great. Over all condition of the guitar is excellent. No noticeable wear on the front of the body. Only a slight scratch on the pick guard and some hairline scratches on the face of the headstock from being re-strung. All binding is intact. The neck is straight with no detectable fret wear. The neck feels pretty beefy to me, not as fat as a ’57, but fatter than most ’58′s and 59′s I’ve played. It’s very comfortable but certainly no 60′s slim taper. All the nickel hardware is in great shape and shines like new. The rear of the body has some substantial wear along the bottom edge and to a lesser degree on the top rear edge (see pics). It also has two small black marks (also pictured) on the bottom edge. There are numerous nicks on the back , most likely from a belt buckle. Overall, the guitar is great, being almost flawless on the front, with all the wear on the back where it’s not seen. One owned a local music store and took it in on trade from the original owner. He has played this guitar periodically but it sat in the case for much of it’s life. We are located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, the birthplace of Les Paul.  This instrument appears to be all original except of course for the Anvil case. The serial number dates it to a 1971, and the pot codes appear to be 1970. We believe the pickups to be original, and the pride of ownership shows. The gibson les paul deluxe electric guitar was originally released in 1969. It was renamed from the Gibson Les Paul standard goldtop. It features mini humbuckers which sound superb. Pete Townshend of The Who played this model among others. The Deluxe featured 2 mini humbuckers, maple top, mahogany body, a goldttop finish and a 3 piece neck. The stand is not included. Condition: This Les Paul looks great and is in excellent playing condition. No serious damage or wear. Neck is straight with low and comfortable action. Fretboard is clean and free of dings or dents. Frets have some light wear, but no grooves. Back of the neck is smooth and free of damage. No headstock cracks or repairs. Tuners are stable. Body finish has some light scratches and a few small dings and dents. The worst of the wear is on the back of the guitar but even that is not bad. All electronics have been tested and are in  perfect working condition. This is a great playing Les Paul with a terrific feel and killer sound any player would love. Everything pictured is included and ready to go!

This is the ’07 Epiphone Les Paul Standard electric guitar. 24.75" scale. 1 11/16" nut width. Serial #: DW07101150. 9 lbs. The Les Paul has been a staple of guitar music for over a half century. The feel, the look, the tone…you’ll only find it at the source. This Epi has all the features you’ve come to love- mahogany body, maple top, and Alnico Classic humbuckers. This gives you that deep low end and great midrange the Les Paul is known for. This particular Les Paul has some great volume unplugged with just the right amount of high mid sparkle. When you plug in, that natural resonance combines with the humbuckers to create a special sound. The bridge pickup here has exceptional crunch which cuts right through the mix. Everything from blues to metal, from rhythms to leads is all right there. The alnico neck pickup gives you the exact thick sustain you want/need/expect from a Les Paul. A real tone monster. The neck here has a thin, comfortable feel. Like a 60′s profile but slightly rounder. This gives you the best of 50′s & 60′s necks- enough mass for great tone transfer, while still feeling thin. The 12" fretboard radius enables smooth, uninhibited bends. A real player. The look, as you can see, is gorgeous. The maple top has a really cool/exciting pattern to the graining. The trans honey finish shows this off beautifully. Add to that full body/neck binding, chrome hardware, and trapezoid inlays complete this work of art. 1993 Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus This is the guitar I swore I would own forever…..but, sadly, I need to pay off some debt.  My loss is your gain. Here is a little history on the Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus model:

Robot Gibson Les Paul Studio w/Case & ChargerI purchased this guitar new in October, 2009 and have used it very little.  I love the robot tuners, they are really cool for alternate tuning changes.  Sure, sometimes the robot tuner can be finicky, but you can always tune the guitar manually by just pulling the tuner keys out to the manual tune position.  Keep in mine, the MSRP on this guitar was $3999.00.  PLEASE READ THE AUCTION COMPLETELY:For sale is one 1985 Gibson Les Paul Standard. Looks to be an early example of a 1959 style Les Paul Standard with 2 piece top, solid mahogany body and 1 piece mahogany neck. The finish is Heritage Cherry Sunburst, and the guitar is in decent cosmetic condition. I have owned this guitar for a few years and it plays brilliantly with no cracks or breaks in the body. If I did not already own a 1983 Les Paul Custom and a 1985 ES-335, this lovely guitar would not be up for sale. It is a great guitar for a player looking a comfortable Les Paul to play. Its weight is a little over 10 lbs and the balance between neck and body feels great. My 83 is a bit heavier, but I like its ebony fingerboard so this one is the odd one out. It does have a few minor issues:1) The original bridge had begun to develop sway back syndrome where the bridge bends downward and it becomes difficult to intonate the guitar. I do use fairly heavy strings, so the original was replaced with a Tone Pros bridge and tailpiece. The original bridge and tailpiece will be included with the guitar.2) The output jack was intermittent and had to replaced. The original will also included.3) The guitar is marked as a factory second. While it plays better than most Les Pauls I have encountered, for some reason the factory deemed this one less than expected. The neck binding does seem a bit thin and the top is not bookmatched, so these could be the reasons. Now they just saw the headstock off the neck instead selling them for slightly less.4) The pickup holding ring on the neck pickup has a break on one corner. It still holds the pickup fine, but should probably be replaced at some point. 5) The previous owner left the guitar hung on the wall, so there is a rash in the headstock region from the chemical interaction between hanger’s plastic and the guitar’s finish.6) This guitar has been played, so it has a requisite amount of worming on its back. A couple of places on the back of the neck has some finish wear. I think its condition would be thought of in the 7-8 range. Nothing ugly, just good times on the guitar. Features:-Besides the output jack, the electronics are stock. Pickups are non-stamped Shaw humbuckers. Will update auction with photos and output ratings of the pickups. From my recollection they were around 7.4 k inductance like most Shaw humbuckers.-Frets are in decent shape though a fret dressing would probably be in order. Guitar intonates fine, but I have been playing mostly in E flat with a set of .011 through .050 strings. For E standard guitar tuning, this would need an intonation and setup.
