Info:  What we have here for your consideration…is a ONE OWNER ( well, 2, if you count me) 1965 UNMOLESTED Strat body in original 3 tone Sunburst finish with all original electronics, hardware & “L” neck plate. Virtually all that is missing is a neck. The original owner isn’t sure what happened to it. The guitar has been packed away for a long time. All 3 pickups printed 4/21/65 LA. You can see the readings on the volt meter in the pictures. The Green Guard is in EXCELLENT condition with only 1 p.u. screw adjustment crack. All 3 pots read 137 65 14. All solder joints are as they left the factory in 1965. Looks like the 5 tremolo springs have never been removed. The Original Trem Cover Plate (no cracks) w/ screws IS included, I just forgot to photograph it. There are a few nicks & dings & some light checking, I tried to photograph the “worst” ones. All in All I would rate its cosmetic condition an 8.5/10. The original trem arm w/ original tip , original knobs & switch tip are also included. I could probably do better selling this piece by piece, but it seems sorta wrong & its a pain in the butt. OK, lets review….1965 Fender Stratocaster body with all original electronics, hardware, plastic (Nitro) “L” backplate & neck screws . Everything but a Neck !! Oh by the way, it weighs 5.9 lbs.
