2001 Fender Standard Stratocaster
Made in Mexico
This guitar features an
alder body and a bolt-on maple neck with a 25.5″ scale rosewood
fingerboard with 21 frets and white dot inlays. The guitar has a
Midnight Blue
finish with a white pickguard and tremolo spring cover on the
rear. There are 3 original Fender single coil pickups. They are
controlled by a 5 way selector switch and a master volume control and 2
tone controls. The guitar
has the original Fender sealed tuners. The tremolo bridge is a vintage
style 6 screw Fender tremolo system with stamped bridge pieces. All
hardware is chrome plated. The guitar has some pick scratches on the
pickguard and some scuffs and dings on the body. There is some minor
marring in the finish on the rear of the
neck and there is one ding near the headstock. There is
some tarnish on the chrome hardware. The frets have some minor wear in
the lower positions and the
fingerboard has no wear. The neck has no warps or twists and the truss
rod can adjust the relief to your preference. The electronics
are
all working and quiet. This guitar has the classic Fender Stratocaster
tones
and a great look. A Fender gigbag is included.
