Info: You are bidding on a Fender Custom Shop “Custom Classic” Telecaster in Cobalt Blue Nitro Lacquer finish including Blue Suede Strap and Straplocks. I have seen several Custom Shop Fender’s selling in the $2500 to $2800 range with new guitars exceeding $3000 apiece!
It comes complete with its Original Fender G&G hardshell case and Fender Certificate of Authenticity. This guitar was born June 21, 2006 and is used. I can tell you that I can’t find any scratches or dents or nicks in the finish other than the most minor of normal small wear scracthes which you would see even on a new guitar at your guitar dealer’s shop!
This Telecaster features a killer Birds-Eye Maple Neck and Fretboard, 9.5″ radius and medium jumbo frets. The body is a Premium Lightweight Ash body with a fantastic grain! I suspect the pickups are the NoCaster Bridge pickup and Twisted Tele Neck pickup. The electronics use a 4-way selector switch which provides an out of phase Strat-like sound in one position. This guitar has a modern bridge and 3 ply pickguard.
This guitar is a work of art! It plays beautifully, has a very low action and wonderful warm Tele tone.
