Info:  2002 Limited Run Team Built Custom Shop Esquire in rare Daphne Blue. This guitar is a one off model from a Custom Shop run following the Winter 2002 NAMM Show. It has an extremely resonant two piece ash body, thin nitro finish, and weighs in at a light 7.2 lbs. The one piece maple neck is figured, tinted, and flamed maple, with a medium, somewhat chunky U shape, 9.5 radius with vintage frets…a killer combination.The single coil pickup is a Broadcaster Nocaster and it screams. Switching is custom wired 3 position, with a great range of tones available. Bridge is vintage style with 3 brass saddles. This is a super rare and wonderful playing Esquire. This guitar is one of the cleanest, sweetest sounding instruments I have ever played. I used this guitar for two recording sessions we needed a beautiful bell like tone to accompany acoustic piano. This instrument is as close to mint condition as possible with no issues at all. THE ONLY MARK ON THIS GUITAR IS A TINY CHIP IN THE FINISH AS NOTED IN PICTURE 7. Case included is Fender brown tolex, with plastic still on latches. Case candy is included as well as the Fender COA. This guitar has never been played out and is one of a kind.
