Very Nice Vintage Gibson ES-125
Item Description
This is a very nice clean example of a Gibson Es-125 electric archtop that was produced sometime in the mid 1950s. We purchased this guitar directly from the original owner who also sold us a killer 1958 ES-335 dot inlay at the same time. This one is in very nice condition. It is very nice. Although it has been played and there are a few signs of this, it is overall at least an 8 on condition. There is one scratch on the side that MIGHT be a crack, but I am pretty sure that it is just a scratch. The guitar plays very nicely and sounds great. At some point the tuning machines were changed. However, the replacement keys fit in the same screw holes so you would not have any issue to replace them with the correct ones. All other hardware is completely original. The guitar now resides in a newer Gibson hardshell case. This is a true NO RESERVE auction. We will not stop it early for any circumstances. There are no tricks or gimmicks. THIS IS A TOTAL STORE LIQUIDATION AUCTION! This instrument WILL SELL to the highest bidder!!!! You may not get a chance again to get something this nice for this kind of deal ever again.
