ORIGINAL VINTAGE GIBSON PARTS! NOT REPROS OR RE-ISSUES! Very clean matched set of 1972 GIBSON FIREBIRD pickups, mounting rings, springs and height screws. Nickel finish, pickups have stamped Gibson logo covers, as they came out of a ‘72 Medallion series Firebird. Pickups are VERY clean, with only some slight age/playing wear. Nice long full length leads on both pickups- pickups were carefully unsoldered from original pots, NOT cut out. Patent number decals on the back of both pickups. Covers have never been removed or unsoldered.One pickup measures 6.8 K ohms, the other measures 7.1 K ohms. This is a very hard to find set of pickups, would work great in a 60’s Firebird as well.
