Info: 1977 Gibson Les Paul Custom with Hardshell Case
The guitars original finish has yellowed. There is some wear and light cracking. No headstock or any other type of breaks or repairs. The neck and original frets are in good condition. The nut appears to have been replaced. Pots appear to be original. The pickups seem to have had new covers put on them. They just look to good with little if any wear. The bridge and tailpiece also look newer not having much wear. The tuners are not original to the guitar. Although it looks like they were installed very early in the guitars life. The guitar is light for being a custom, just over 9 1/2 lbs. The guitar plays and sounds good. There is a little thin glob of something on the neck. This can be seen in the photos. Not sure what it is. Maybe something spilled on the guitar and dried. I have made no attempt at removing it. Not an issue and you can see right through it.
