Info:  2009 - GIBSON 50th ANNIVERSARY 1959 RI LES PAUL Up for auction is this totally mint 59 - 50th Anniversary Les Paul. It’s in the Heritage Cherry Burst color with the GLOSSfinish. None of that VOS gunk here. This baby gleams all over. In fact it’s seen way more polish than playing time!!  I’veplayed her probably less than an hour and as such it’s in mint condition without a nick, scratch or ding anywhere.  Sofor all practical purposes it’s still “new”.  She’s got a really nice wispy flame job on her that shows even more detail inperson than in the pictures. I’ve tried to capture the true color of the guitar and you can see this in pictures #1 and #6.  It comes with its OHSC, all paperwork, COA, tags etc. as supplied by Gibson and, although they’re not shown, the guitar strap and the original Gibson shipping carton are included as well. In fact, it will be double boxed for extra added protection. I had my luthier check it out when I first got it so the intonation, neck etc. is dead on.
