Info: Up for bid is my beautiful 1989 Gibson Les Paul , finished in a faded tobacco sunburst. This is the real deal, no off shore copy here!
She is in very good condition for a 20 year old guitar. Some belt buckle rash, a few small marks around the input jack, a headstock crack repair and a few other player marks here and there. The pickup covers have a great patina as does the tailpiece. The bridge looks like it has been replaced as well as the tuners. The headstock crack was professionally repaired and cannot be seen unless you look very closely. The pickups seem original, as do the pots and other electrics.
This is by far the best sounding, best playing les paul I have ever played. Fantastic mellow tone, flawless playability. The frets were dressed last week, as well as a full pro set-up. Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case.
You will not regret this purchase. No surprises, just a beautiful guitar.
