Info:  You are looking at a 2003 Gibson SG Standard in Ebony that has been professionally relic’d.  The relic job on this guitar is amazing!  There is absolutely no change to the touch between the ebony part and the natural wood part.  The natural grain of the guitar shows beautifully through and has a glossy feel to it.  This guitar is a great guitar and has no major issues.  It plays great, sounds great, and feels great in your hands.  The guitar is all stock besides the relic job, so nothing out of the ordinary if you are looking to capture that signature SG feel and sound.  This guitar comes with the original Gibson deluxe hardshell case, which is in good condition.  There are a few minor cosmetic flaws with this guitar.  The first one is on the back of the neck right near the headstock, there is a ding in the finish that is not part of the relic job but it is just a ding maybe 3/8″ wide.  The other cosmetic flaws are on the lower horn on the front of the body and they are simply tiny, pin-sized dents that are just in the ebony and don’t show the natural finish through.  Other that those minor issues, the guitar is solid.  I have come to the point where I have more guitars than I have room, so I am consolidating.  Simply, the guitars that I play the least have to go. These Retail for over 1600.00 brand new.
