Info: Up for auction is an absolutely beautiful looking and terrific sounding Gibson SG Special Faded USA electric guitar with hardshell case. This guitar is in near-mint condition, the only “issue” being very light (and very common) scratches in the pickguard. The worn cherry finish is gorgeous, the neck is true, the fingerboard is flawless, the frets and nut might as well be new, and the sound is all classic SG.
SG Faded guitars are manufactured in Gibson’s Nashville plant. According to the serial number, this guitar was manufactured on January 20, 2007. It features a solid mahogany body and neck, a rosewood fingerboard, Alnico 490R/498T humbucking pickups, and a Tune-O-Matic bridge.
