A NO-RESERVE auction for this super-light (7.8 lb) Gibson Les Paul Standard “50′s Faded” guitar. I bought it new in 2007 and has been used sparingly only in my smoke-free home studio.
It features a satin “aged” finish with rounded 50′s neck, that in my opinion is not large, but certainly larger than standard Gibson 60′s “thin” necks. With BurstBucker V pickups, it plays, sounds and looks fantastic, and will of course ship in it’s origional hard case and factory box. Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 Reissue (2001)

Info: Up for auction is my 2001 Les Paul Classic 1960 Reissue. This is a players guitar. Shows some buckle rash on the back of the body and a stand mark on the back of the neck (as pictured). Also 2 nicks in the binding near the jack insert (also pictured). Now for the good stuff… it plays like a dream. Has original Gibson pick up on the neck side and DiMarzio on the bridge. I replaced all the cream colored trim with black (OEM Gibson) however all the original trim is in fine condition and comes with the guitar. Also included is an original Gibson USA hard case with casket blanket.

VINTAGE 1989 USA FENDER STRAT, W/ORIG LACE SENSOR P/U’S

This is a 1989 Fender Strat in black. Made in the USA. The serial number is E916500. It seems to be all original with exception of the strap-lock buttons on it. It has the Fender Lace Sensor pickups in it that have a great bluesy sound. The neck is nice and flat, with low 1/16th of an inch action at the 12th fret. It has some light fret wear, but still has alot of life left in them. It has a new set of Ernie Ball 10-46 strings on it. The neck has some beautiful birdseyes, with light flame on the back, and headstock. It aslo has some light thumbnail like indentions on the back of the neck, but it doesn’t effect playability. Everything works as it should, with no scratchy switches. I have the tremelo arm, but forgot to put it on for the pics. It will be included in the auction. It is also missing a few of the screws for the rear trem cover. This is a very cool axe! Since it is a vintage guitar, it does have some dents, dings, and scratches on it, but still pretty good considering it’s 20 years old! It also has the nice original Fender hard case that comes with it.

Info: Up for bidding is a Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Gibson Les Paul Custom 2 pickup Black reissue. Purchased new 8/2003 from L&M Music in Chattanooga TN. (the Guitar Galleria). Comes with original HS Custom Art and Historic case (shown). Mildly used. Played occassionally for about 1 year. Some typical belt markings on the back, and basic wear, but nothing through the finish. If you are a player, you will love the overall tone. It has a wide range of tonal capabilities, especially when twisting the tone pots or volume knobs. Very warm bass, and what I would consider very bright in the bridge pickup. If you like metal, you would love that. I normally balanced out the neck and bridge pickups together, unless looking for more sustain.I have used through tube, solid state (yeah, I’m serious) and Valvestates, and she sounds great regardless. Many compliments from other players when used on a few gigs in its looks and tone. I have also recorded with it, ranging from warm jazz sounds, rockabilly, to Jeff Beck-like instrumentals. It has covered it all.Comes with HS case, Certificate of Authenticity from the Gibson Custom Shop, vintage cord, and original tags shown in the images. 1979 GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM RARE COLOR SUPER CLEAN

Info: This is a 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom in amazing condition for being 30 yrs old. Serial # 73049527
The hardwear has some normal
tarnish as could be expected (especially since it’s Gold) and there
is some normal players wear as expected but there
are no obvious nicks or dings…No breaks or repairs….weighs in at
9.5 lbs……The neck profile is kind of between the 60′s and the 50′s
profile…..Not real slim but certainly not chunky either.
This is one of the cleanest examples of a 79 I’ve ever seen.
Everything seems to be original with the exception of the pickguard and switch tip.
There has also been a recent
refret with Jumbo frets and the job was done flawlessly…The binding
along the neck actually looks untouched which is not the norm for most
fret jobs on these type of necks…..the pot codes are period correct
as well as the and pickups (shown in photo’s).
The solder joins are all virgin as you can see in the photo’s too.
It comes with the original
Gibson Protector case that has had one latch replaced (also shown in the
photo’s) the other latches are fine…all the interior lining is in
place and in great shape.

If you are on this page, then you know what you are looking for. Trust me when I say that this is by far the best looking Les Paul I have seen in the 13+ years I have been playing guitar. The pictures do not do this guitar justice at all. Sadly, as times are tight right now I have to let her go, however my misfortune is your good opportunity. The Guitar is a flame top in Desert Burst. There is minor wear from picking on the top, but only visible when closely inspected, as you cant see any wear from the pictures.I can guarantee that all that is visible in the pictures on the top is glare from the flash. I include this info because I am always honest in my dealings on EBay as is reflected in my feedback. All original parts, and included is the hardshell case with the neck tool, and a bottle of Gibson cleaner/polish and cleaning rag. The neck is 60′s style. Good Luck Bidding and Thank You

I am only the 3rd owner of this guitar, the original
owner purchased the guitar in 1973. I purchase this guitar a 4 years ago and
now hate to sell it, but unfortunately it must go because of finance purposes. The
guitar is in overall good condition and sounds incredible. Overall the body,
hardware and neck is a honest play wear which is OK for the 36 year
old guitar. The
neck is arrow straight in a medium to thin profile with no breaks or
repairs. There is some rash on the backside, front and overall the body but
nothing serious. The sound is incredible. The ebony fingerboard is pristine
with the original “Fretless Wonder” frets showing minimal wear and
have plenty of life left. Second fret has a little crack which one professionall
repaired a few years ago. Itâ??s really isnâ??t anything serious and you canâ??t really feel it when you are playing. Original hard case is including.
The

Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus excellent 1994

I bought this guitar from friend a few years ago, and have played it exclusively in church. It is all stock except the strap locks (I’ll include these and the original strap pins). My scale is not very accurate, but I get 8.5 lbs. According to the below info., this one is light. Itâ??s lighter than my 1960 Classic. There are slight nicks and scratches all around, and a place just in front of the bridge pickup where there is the slightest flaw in the nitro finish (I played it for two years before noticing it- non-photographical). Slight wearing of the nickel on the bridge and stop bar. All these are very small and only you will notice them, but I like to be completely up front.
Gibson stamped â??CLASSIC PLUSâ? in the bridge pickup cavity, and this is accompanied by a superimposed stamp, â??Checked on x2 1994â? Iâ??m not sure if it says â??2, 1994â?, or â??12, 1994â?. I bought this guitar from friend a few years ago, and have played it exclusively in church. It is all stock except the strap locks (I’ll include these and the original strap pins). My scale is not very accurate, but I get 8.5 lbs. According to the below info., this one is light. Itâ??s lighter than my 1960 Classic. There are slight nicks and scratches all around, and a place just in front of the bridge pickup where there is the slightest flaw in the nitro finish (I played it for two years before noticing it- non-photographical). Slight wearing of the nickel on the bridge and stop bar. All these are very small and only you will notice them, but I like to be completely up front.
Gibson stamped â??CLASSIC PLUSâ? in the bridge pickup cavity, and this is accompanied by a superimposed stamp, â??Checked on x2 1994â? Iâ??m not sure if it says â??2, 1994â?, or â??12, 1994â?.
