2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard ” ’50′s Faded” Guitar

2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard

Info:
A NO-RESERVE auction for this super-light (7.8 lb) Gibson Les Paul Standard “50′s Faded” guitar. I bought it new in 2007 and has been used sparingly only in my smoke-free home studio.
It features a satin “aged” finish with rounded 50′s neck, that in my opinion is not large, but certainly larger than standard Gibson 60′s “thin” necks. With BurstBucker V pickups, it plays, sounds and looks fantastic, and will of course ship in it’s origional hard case and factory box. Sorry, but this will be a USA LOWER-48 Auction only, no exceptions. Shipping will be a flat $55.00 fully insured for closing value to any of the 48 states. Thanks for looking and good luck ! … Click For More Info

Gibson SG Standard! Single Coil Pickups! + Gibson Case!

Gibson SG Standard! Single Coil Pickups! + Gibson Case!

Info:  You are bidding on a VERY RARE Gibson SG Standard that is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. This Gibson USA guitar of the week from 2007 is a Mahogany body with Rosewood fretboard and block inlays with Mother of Pearl inlay headstock, not like the cheaper versions that are painted on. They only made 400 of these guitars, so if you want to be unique, this is for you. This guitar plays and sounds extraordinary, and the 6-way tone knob allows you to get a wide variety of sounds for any application. I am the original owner of this guitar, and have taken very good care of it. It has only been played on a few gigs and the rest of the time it is hanging on the wall in my studio. I will be including all the paperwork that came with the guitar, strap locks, and the custom gibson sg fitted case that it came with. Feel free to ask me any questions and happy bidding! … Click For More Info

2006 Gibson Flying V

2006 Gibson Flying V

Info:  Hello Everybody,Up for sale is my 2006 Gibson Flying V.  I have been the sole owner and really never thought I’d sell it.  But I simply have too many guitars and not really enough time to play all of them.  The guitar has never been played live on stage or gigged anywhere.  It’s just one of those home guitars that stays in the case or on a stand.  This V has the ebony fretboard, MOP dot inlays, the, I believe, 496T and 500T humbuckers.  I could be a little wrong on the numbers.  Besides the pickup guards I had installed last year, it is stock.  The pickup guards are mounted by two screws.  So they can be easily removed if desired.  This V is the 1967 version Gibson released.  It’s only issues are surface scratches on the back, standard scratches around the pickguard, and on the back of the neck is a small yellow stain caused by a particular stand I had.  There is no fret ware or any other damage. The case is mint.  The combo has never been set.  The guitar comes with all the case candy I got with it, along with the hardware for the pickup guards.  What else to say?  I will ship worldwide (shipping rates will vary country to country.  Please e-mail for approximate shipping costs.  The guitar will be sent airmail priority, insured for full amount.  Also, a tracking number will be provided.) and for payment prefer Paypal but will accept a cashier’s check.  E-mail with questions and pictures.  I like good communication, so ask away. Lastly, please do not bid unless you intend to buy.Update: I have posted a picture of the pickup guards.  They are mounted by the two pickup screws.  No extra holes were drilled and the mounting was done by technicians at a local guitar shop here in Japan.          … Click For More Info

1979 GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM RARE COLOR SUPER CLEAN

1979 GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM RARE COLOR SUPER CLEAN

Info:  This is a 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom in amazing condition for being 30 yrs old. Serial # 73049527

The hardwear has some normal
tarnish as could be expected (especially since it’s Gold)  and there
is some normal players wear as expected but there
are no obvious nicks or dings…No breaks or repairs….weighs in at
9.5 lbs……The neck profile is kind of between the 60′s and the 50′s
profile…..Not real slim but certainly not chunky either.

This is one of the cleanest examples of a 79 I’ve ever seen.

Everything seems to be original with the exception of the pickguard and switch tip.
There has also been a recent
refret with Jumbo frets and the job was done flawlessly…The binding
along the neck actually looks untouched which is not the norm for most
fret jobs on these type of necks…..the pot codes are period correct
as well as the and pickups (shown in photo’s).

The solder joins are all virgin as you can see in the photo’s too.
It comes with the original
Gibson Protector case that has had one latch replaced (also shown in the
photo’s)  the other latches are fine…all the interior lining is in
place and in great shape.

Gibson Les Paul

Gibson Les Paul

Info:  2002 Gibson Les Paul Standard with AAAA Flame Top

If you are on this page, then you know what you are looking for. Trust me when I say that this is by far the best looking Les Paul I have seen in the 13+ years I have been playing guitar. The pictures do not do this guitar justice at all. Sadly, as times are tight right now I have to let her go, however my misfortune is your good opportunity. The Guitar is a flame top in Desert Burst. There is minor wear from picking on the top, but only visible when closely inspected, as you cant see any wear from the pictures.I can guarantee that all that is visible in the pictures on the top is glare from the flash. I include this info because I am always honest in my dealings on EBay as is reflected in my feedback. All original parts, and included is the hardshell case with the neck tool, and a bottle of Gibson cleaner/polish and cleaning rag. The neck is 60′s style. Good Luck Bidding and Thank You

In case you would like to verify the guitar the serial number is 03122461. The product ID listed here is from Gibson in relation to the guitars product number. Thanks Again … Click For More Info

Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus excellent 1994

Gibson Les Paul Classic Premium Plus excellent 1994

Info:
I bought this guitar from friend a few years ago, and have played it exclusively in church.  It is all stock except the strap locks (I’ll include these and the original strap pins). My scale is not very accurate, but I get 8.5 lbs.  According to the below info., this one is light.  Itâ??s lighter than my 1960 Classic.  There are slight nicks and scratches all around, and a place just in front of the bridge pickup where there is the slightest flaw in the nitro finish (I played it for two years before noticing it- non-photographical).  Slight wearing of the nickel on the bridge and stop bar.  All these are very small and only you will notice them, but I like to be completely up front.

Gibson stamped â??CLASSIC PLUSâ? in the bridge pickup cavity, and this is accompanied by a superimposed stamp, â??Checked on x2 1994â? Iâ??m not sure if it says â??2, 1994â?, or â??12, 1994â?.  In any case, it was built in 1994.  There are no issues with the guitar.  The neck is not as thick as my 2005 1960 Classic- more like that of a Stratocaster; both pickups are very toneful, and the bridge pickup is particularly raucous.   $70.00 flat-rate insured shipping to 48 continental United States.  Domestic shipping only.
From the Gibson forum:
â??As history goes, J.T. Riboloff of the Custom Shop had been approached by a lot of players who asked him to build special one-off Les Pauls with slimmer profile necks as found on the 1960 Standard. After consultation with Henry Juszkiewicz, Gibsonâ??s CEO, a production version appeared in 1990. Classics had many features of reissue Les Pauls, including a smaller headstock, nickel hardware, ABR-1 bridge, Kluson style tuners, and vintage style knobs. For the first few years they did have the thin binding in the cutaway, but that changed by approximately 1993. To meet the demands of modern musicians seeking a high output sound, the Classics were equipped with hot 496R and 500T ceramic magnet pickups.
The original intention for the Classic model was to have plain tops, but given player demand for figured tops, the Classic Plus (with â??AAâ? grade flame tops) and Classic Premium Plus models (with â??AAAâ? grade flame tops) were introduced in 1992/93. The â??AAAâ? tops were supposed to be the most highly figured, with flame going from edge to edge, although there are some Classic Plus models with outstanding flame tops that rival their Classic Premium Plus brethren.  Accounts vary on the exact start and end years, but the Les Paul Classic Premium Plus was introduced in the 1993 time frame, discontinued in 1997, and reintroduced from 1999 through 2001. The USA Classic Premium Plus models weights varied, but most are in the low 9 pound range.
