Fender Custom Vintage Stratocaster Relic Strat Candy
I’m selling in this auction my 2007 Custom Vintage Stratocaster Heavy Relic in Candy Apple Red. The guitar comes with the original black Fender Custom Shop hard shell case, certificate, hang tag, Fender strap, and Fender care kit. One of the many great things about this guitar is it weighs a very gratifying 7lbs 1oz. The main reason for this is because the guitar has a light Ash body with a thin skin nitro finish. The neck is a beautiful ’69 U shaped quarter sawn maple, with a worn lacquer finish on the back, for smooth transfer up and down the neck. It has a 9.5” radius with 6105 frets. Last off the pickups are custom shop hand wound Fat “50s.” I love how you take the style of the late 60s and add clear, crisp, and soulful 50s pickups to make the perfect Stratocaster. G&L SC-3 Guitar Vintage design by Leo Fender ! USA !

This guitar is likely circa 1987, is all original, and is in fantastic shape for it’s age !
If you are not familiar with G&L, you need to find out more ! This was the final and finest company of the late great Leo Fender ! Even he stated these were the best guitars he ever made !
This was all hand made, hand assembled, and hand finished in the USA G&L factory on Fender Ave, in Fullerton, California !
These SC-3 models are incredible instruments with all the makings a boutique American guitar, and then some !
Full neck and body finish in a nicely aged Viking Blue !
Beautifully grained Ebony fingerboard !
Hard rock maple neck !
Leo Fender designed hot MFD single coil pickups !
Factory installed Wilkinson Roller nut !
Full Dual Fulcrum Tremolo Bridge with original trem bar !
This guitar is an incredible playing instrument. Nice snappy low action, and a neck that begs you to play !
If you have not heard or held one of these early SC-3 models, then you need to seriously aim to do so ! These are as good as a vintage American made guitar gets !
Super meaty, and punchy, and very rich in natural harmonics !

Quality you can feels in your hands before you play !
The guitar no longer had a hard case with it, so included is a very nicely padded G&L gig bag.
The guitar has virtually no play wear, and the only noticeable finish flaw is on the back of the neck near the body edge…probably from someone checking the build dates along the line…it is exceptionally clean for it age and playability !
This is a great closet classic find !

Rare Fender Japan Vintage ’54 ’89US V Neck Strat Relic!

# F034618- this serial number falls within the year 1986-87. However,
the hand written date at the heel of the neck was 10/2/1989. Check the
pictures below: check Fender Japan Website for dates http://www.fenderjapan.co.jp/faq/serial.htmSo it is correct to say this guitar was completed in 1989Matching details of the neck and the body match Guitar is cool looking. The chrome hardware and electronics have aged to relic look! Maple fingerboard has some flaking on tinted coating. There is a few more spots which are in the process and are about to flake especially one spot beneath the B string at the 17th fret. No issues as they don’t affect the playability of the guitar. Cosmetic wear only. There is also a couple of small dents around the body. Nothing major. This further add to a relic look of this guitar!Straight neck and
low action!Minimal
frets wear, more than 90% frets life still remaining! Nice V neck, more of a soft V at fret one and taper to C-shaped all the way up. Good feel and good strings bending.3-way blade switching system
Good tremolo action and guitar stays in tune!
The Fender American Vintage pickups are very sweet sounding too!

This is a 1979 Vintage Stratocaster. The guitar is 100% Original and is in excellent playing condition. The guitar has been professionally set up and is ready to play. The neck is maple, action and intonation are set. ( Plays Like Butter).
This beautiful soft tail is A vivid yellow. They had some custom colors during this era. International colors was what thay were named. This is international Yellow. The guita still retains a beautiful appearence and is deffinetly rellay cool and very rare. They didnt make many of these. The custome colors are always hard to find. The guitar has checking, and a really good check on the side. I pictured it. Does not effect the playing. Just cosmetic. but overall , very nice.
The electronics are in excellent working order and sound amazing. The Stratocaster is very versatile, and can find tones of different verieties with the three pick-ups. These guitars are maked with a date stamp on the headstock. its marked S9XXXXX. That stands for S for Seventy. and 9 FOR THE YEAR 1979. some of these guitars didnt get out of the factory until 1980.
This comes with a really nice hard shell case, Trem arm, fender polich cloth, original cord, and strap.
Its ready to go, ready to take out and use. play at gig or in studio. Also, you can only go up in value. These guitars are going up by the day. You can play them and invest in them. Very collectable.

Guitar in excellent condition. Plays very well. Has Humbucker Pickups and Grover tuning pegs installed (See photos for yourself)
Has been stored away untouched in original hardcase in perfect environment so no worry of heat or moisture damage.
4 unidentified very small screw holes in body are the only blemish on the instrument itself. They were originally there when I obtained the guitar in 1984.
Neck straight as an arrow. Must see to appreciate!! Sounded and looked great when recently demonstrated.

Hi. I am selling a Fender Limited Edition Jazz Bass and a Fender Molded Case. The Fender Jazz Bass is the limited edition with a flame top made in Mexico. I bought this for a recording project that never took off. The instrument has been played no more than five (5) times. I have all the tags, warranty card, manual, etc. that was on it when I bought it new. The day I bought it I was intending to buy an American Jazz Bass but ended up trying both. The tone of this Bass sounds far better than the American if you are looking for that deep haunting soulful old-school bass sound. Please note that I am not a dealer. My daughter, who is an honor role student (yes, I am proud) is getting her license and I am trying to buy a car for her to show my respect for her efforts so I am selling my music equipment that I don’t use.
I have sold a few guitars on eBay in the past and I always have the instrument professionally packed and shipped with insurance included. This has typically run me about $90.00. What I have always tried to do is split the cost with the buyer so the shipping cost will be $45.00. If the Buy-it-Now option is selected then I will pay the entire packing/shipping costs within the U.S. (except Alaska, Hawaii & PR). Winner bidder to make contact and payment within 3 days of end of auction. PayPal is preferred however I will accept a certified bank check. No money orders or other forms of payment. I lost a beautiful Fender Strat to a phony money order a few years ago. That is something I could never do to another person. This is a NO RESERVE auction for a Fender American Vintage ’57 Stratocaster in Black. Features an alder body, one piece maple neck, “V’ neck shape, maple fingerboard, 7.25” radius, 21 vintage style frets, 3 American Vintage pickups, single ply white guard, 25.5” scale length, 1.650” nut width. It is in excellent condition with the exception of light “swirl” marks on the body, typical of a black guitar. They do not go down to the wood and you have to angel the guitar in the right light to see. Plastic is still on the pickguard. It weighs 7 lbs 6 oz.
